Today I took my sister and 2 of her friends to LA, because they are Metro-map illiterate. ><; For the rest of the post, I'll refer to the girl as R and the boy as V. Trust me, this is a funny story! But please don't take offense.

So we were waiting for the Red Line train and sat down on these 3 seats. R didn't get a seat, so she asks my sister, "Can I sit on your lap?" And she lets her, because, why not?

All of a sudden, this one guy sitting behind us asks out of nowhere, "Are you guys in high school?"

Of course, they all answered that we were (I stayed quiet), and then the man asked my sister, who was sitting closest to him, "Can I ask you about lesbians?"

I nearly burst out laughing. This random stranger thought that the three of us were lesbians! (V ended up being ignored. xD) My sister couldn't resist, so she answers, "Sure thing." I don't know how she did it, but my sister answered all his questions with a straight face. The funniest part of the conversation went something like this:

Man: So what do you find women that you can't find in men?
Sis: Oh, well, the way R makes me feel, it's so much different than being with a guy because she's so much more pure.
Man: Really? But have you ever been with a REAL man?
Sis: Oh, yes, I've been with lots of men, and I've kissed so many of them that I actually got mono. But the way that R kisses me, it's so much more meaningful than kissing with a guy.

He ended the conversation when the train came, and he was trying so hard to cover up his homophobia. He was like, "I'm just asking you these questions because I wanted to know what's up with the whole lesbian thing."

That was the most eventful thing that happened in a while. XD We had such a good laugh, because he really did think she was telling the truth, and he seemed like he was trying so hard to "understand" why anyone would be homosexual. ><; It was annoying the way he was asking the questions, but oh well, we had a good laugh.
